This place is top-notch and quite the surprise to find in Las Tablas. We were looking for a coffee shop to hang out at before our flight and came across this bistro by chance. Friendly servers, even if we struggled with our Spanish. Our plan was just to have a cup of coffee, I mostly drink mine black, and my wife goes for the frappe/cappuccino/iced coffees. Then we saw the pastries of other customers and had to order our own. The chocolate croissants were light and flaky; the ham & cheese bagel was delicious. If we’re ever back in Las Tablas, this will be our first stop.
